ORDER INFORMATION
The price at the bottom of each catalog page
includes the t-shirt or accessory with a
standard one-color imprint. You may choose
from a t-shirt or any accessory marked with
a red asterisk
* at the same
cost. For example, you can choose a t-shirt,
vest, ribbon or one of many other
accessories.
When more than one accessory is selected for
the same animal, the lower cost item takes
the place of the shirt (if listed in
red).
Samples: We do provide samples. There
are three types of samples: blank, random
imprint, and printed with your logo. Printed
samples using your logo are $6.00 each.
There are no set-up charges for samples. All
samples and accessories are invoiced.
Samples cannot be returned. Please ask the
Sales Department to assist you with
ordering.
Standard Imprint Colors (included): Red
(PMS 185), white, blue (PMS 293) and black.
Production Time: 10 – 14 days.
Set-up charge: $30.00 per order (new
and repeat). This applies to all printed
orders.
PMS Color Match: $60.00 (if you can’t
use a standard imprint color).
Second side imprint (one-color):
$0.77 per piece.
Second side imprint (multi-color):
$1.54 per piece.
Pad Print: Pad printing (for plastic
logo tags, etc.) requires a 144 piece
minimum.
Pad Print Plate Charge: $60.00.
Repeat pad print orders: $50.00
Multi-colored imprint onto white
background: We do offer
four-color process printing on the
shirts. The minimum order is 24 pieces. Add
$0.77 per piece to the catalog price up to
size MTS. Larger sizes shirt will require a
quotation from the Sales Department. Full
color artwork is required (not color
separated). Full color photographs may also
be printed. Exact PMS color matching is not
always possible with this process. We try to
print the colors as provided.
Multi-colored imprint onto a colored
shirt: The minimum order is 500
shirts.
Shipping: We generally ship using UPS
ground service. F.O.B. New York.
Canadian & International Shipments:
We can only ship internationally using your
UPS, FedEx or Purolator account number. We
are not responsible for any duty or import
fees. On occasion, we do use the Post
Office.
Post Office: Shipments requiring U.S.
Postal delivery may incur a special handling
fee.
Drop Ship Charges: $12.50 for each
additional location. We are not responsible
for transit time delays or subsequent
damages, once an order is delivered to the
carrier. Such claims should be made directly
to the carrier.
Colors-Sizes: Actual colors and
materials may occasionally vary slightly
from those in the catalog. Animals are
measured from the bottom of the feet to the
top of the skull. Each animal is hand
crafted and may sometimes vary slightly in
size.
Custom & Direct Import Orders: The
lead time is 90 – 110 days. Orders require a
50% deposit and the balance is due before
the goods leave our factory overseas.
Direct Custom Embroidered Animals:
Most animals in the catalog can be
manufactured with custom embroidery directly
on the body. These are treated as custom
import orders. Minimum order quantities will
apply.
Credit Cards: We accept VISA,
MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal. A 3% bank fee
applies.
Returns: Since all items are
customized, returns are not accepted. Claims
for defective merchandise (very rare) must
be made within 10 days from the receipt of
the shipment. We will ship replacement
items. Refunds are not provided.
Logos & Trademarks: When placing an
order with GIFTCO, you, the buyer represent
and warrant your authority to use the
imprints and logos being supplied to us. You
are confirming your authority and
authorization to purchase and distribute our
products with the logos, names, trademarks,
copyrights, etc. as specified on your order.
You further agree to indemnify and defend
GIFTCO against any and all claims,
liabilities, and expenses relating to the
marks used.
Prices, fabrics and accessories are subject
to change without prior notice. We are not
responsible for typographical errors in this
catalog or your submitted camera ready
artwork. |
