TShirt Bears prints logos, lettering, promotional messages, and custom designs on clothing and accessories made for teddy bears and stuffed animals. Our printable products include miniature T-shirts, bandanas, hooded sweatshirts, ribbon, and selected specialty accessories.
You may order decorated accessories by themselves or order them with compatible teddy bears or stuffed animals. The artwork requirements are based on the accessory and printing method selected.

The available imprint area is determined by the accessory size. Because clothing for stuffed animals is small, artwork that looks clear on a full-size shirt may need to be simplified for a miniature T-shirt or bandana.
Please submit one-color designs as vector artwork. Vector files can be resized for different accessory imprint areas without reducing the quality of the design.
All lettering must be converted to outlines or curves. This prevents font substitutions and allows the design to open correctly even when we do not have the original typeface installed.
Placing a low-resolution JPG inside an Illustrator, EPS, or PDF file does not convert it into vector artwork. The actual logo elements must be created as vector paths.
Submit one-color artwork in solid black. We will convert the black design to the standard imprint color selected for your order.

These standard colors are included with the $30.00 setup charge. If your artwork requires a particular PMS or Pantone® color, an additional $60.00 color-matching charge applies.
When requesting a quotation, identify both the accessory color and the imprint color. For example, you might request a white logo printed on navy blue T-shirts or a black logo printed on yellow bandanas.
The imprint must contrast with the accessory to remain visible. Dark artwork usually works best on light-colored accessories, while white or another light imprint is generally more effective on dark fabric.
If you are combining several accessory colors in one order, choose an imprint color that will remain visible on every color. Changing the imprint color may require another setup and additional charges.
Miniature clothing has a smaller printable area than regular apparel. Very small lettering, thin lines, intricate details, and narrow spaces may not reproduce clearly.

The same design may require different sizing or preparation when printed on a T-shirt, bandana, ribbon, or hooded sweatshirt.
Full-color printing may be available for photographs, gradients, multicolor illustrations, and designs containing more colors than a standard one-color imprint can reproduce.
For full-color printing, submit vector artwork or a high-resolution image at 300 DPI or higher at the intended printing size. JPG and TIF files are intended for full-color printing and are not substitutes for vector artwork on a one-color order.
Full-color printing is generally most successful on a white accessory or another approved light-colored background. Learn more about available methods on the custom printing options page.
We work in a Windows PC environment and accept the following file formats:
Compressed artwork may be submitted in ZIP format. If the file contains linked images, include those images inside the compressed folder.
Artwork alone does not provide enough information to prepare an accessory order. Include the following details in your email:
If the accessories must fit teddy bears or stuffed animals that you already own, also provide the animals’ height, chest measurement, body shape, and photographs when available.
Please examine all artwork carefully before submitting it. Confirm the spelling, dates, telephone numbers, website addresses, punctuation, logo elements, and other information.
We do not edit or proofread customer-supplied artwork before production. The customer is responsible for making sure the submitted design is complete and correct.
We will review the file to determine whether it is compatible with the selected accessory and printing method. If the artwork cannot be used as supplied, we will explain what needs to be corrected or replaced.
Artwork preparation or recreation charges may apply when a file requires substantial work. No production work begins until the order has been finalized and the prepaid payment requirements have been completed.
